Andre was very quick to respond to my furnace that stopped working. He was the 3rd company I had in, the other 2 could not resolve the problem. He was not only knowledgeable concerning the make of furnace ( coleman high efficiency), but also innovative in his approach to fixing the problem. Also took his time to clean and cross check all components before he left. Could not get better service anywhere .
